When can I be on? Im usally on around 3:00PM- 10:00PM on weekdays. Weekends 12:00PM-12:00PM
I can build about anything all around so whatever you need I could probably do.
I can't provide any pics for im bad at finding my screenshots.

You need to specify the region that you want to apply for then apply in that region's topic.

Okay; I usually use the unread post button and don't look at where the topic is.  Anyways, there is a topic for build applications in every region-related subforum.
