Title: i payed 10 dollar and am not a donater

last fall i payed 10 dollers to be a donater but i am not a donater anymore i did not play again until late winter because i thought the server was down when  it was just a new ip please help ign is alexce

Please explain this more thoroughly. The admins can't have any proof that you paid last fall.  Give them some evidence
