Title: An admin i need.

I need an admin to be the cerulean city leader. Madenton lost his spot.

A user was online, had the required pokemon, and showed them to an administrator. He was promoted to Cerulean City Gym Leader.

You don't claim gyms on the forum, you have to be on the server at the same time as an admin.

No no no no. You call them and they do their best to come on.
