Title: Battle oh nvm /spawn

ok so a guy wanted to battle me and i said yes but then he did /spawn during the battle and i could not do any thing about it and i was frozen for a while until i did /spawn. :rant:

Nothing we can do to prevent this.

All you can do is /spawn or /home to break free of the battle. Use a healing machine to return the battle locked pokemon to your party, then enter another battle (trainer or wild) to get the pixelmon hud to reappear.

I haven't seen this problem before; would relogging be a usable solution?

You would have to teleport yourself in some way (warp, spawn, home) to break out of the battle to be able logout. Relogging will return pokemon that are locked in battle, but won't cause your pixelmon hud to reappear.
