Title: What grinds your gears?

Let the ranting commence..

I guess I'll start;
You know what grinds my gears? When people question why I asked them "How are you?".
It's not a difficult question, but yet the people are so confused on how to answer.

Me: "How are you?"
Person: "Why do you ask?"
Me: "Because I am nice enough to ask.."
