Are you a good builder: Not amazing but not horrible I'm decent
Do you have an emulator: Yes I do Visual Boy Advance
Can you follow instructions: I can follow instructions, it seems simple enough
Can you work well in a team: Yes I can collaborating is a piece of cake
Can you scale: I understand the scaling pretty well
How often will you be able to build: Whenever I'm needed

assuming that this is Pallet town... it needs a ton of work... I am not sure how this could have happened since the last builder app you had, you were really close on the last build, but this doesn't even seem like you cared...
