What is the difference.. I downloaded one of them and its a forge...

Read the page like a table. Pay attention to the bold words at the top. I suspect you clicked the hyperlinked word "Download," which is under "Forge Link." That would explain why you got forge instead of pixelmon. Try one of the mirrors underneath "Links."
