1. The link doesn't work
2. perma mute sounds kinda severe doesn't it?
3. we should have a command like /toggleserverchat [server] [on/off]

to turn of chat ,you can got to Options then go to Multiplayer settings then on the top left there is a chat button where you can turn chat off
