Title: altering celadon gym

me and my co-leader, eyoung12, wish to make improvement on the celadon gym course. we both agreed and want to make the course a bit harder, seeing how everyone can complete it in under 2 minutes nowadays. it's a disappointment to us and we want to fix that. if you say no, please explain why to help me understand.

You both need to be a leader for a week to ask for modifications to the course or arena.
