One, I believe daily Gym Leaders whether Kanto or Johto (eventually) should be checking this area. This is so that people who want to apply could get a yes or no from you. That way people will right away be denied or approved.
Second, we should add a section here where each gym leader posts their rules, equipment, and co leaders so that people quit going, "-Insert Gym Leader's name- WHAT GYM ARE YOU WHATS YOUR RULES WHAT EQUIPMENT!!!!!!"
Third, for the first one, we should have a Johto and Kanto application area so that we can separate the two and people won't get confused.
Thats all I have for now if you guys have any suggestions please post below!
