I heard about a cannon system is this true?

Yeah, 1ce is correct. But I'll try to clarify things for you a bit. In Johto, there is a railway system that leads from Kanto to Johto. We have two options. Build a full-blown railroad, or use a cannon plugin. It's not 100% clear which one will be done, it depends on if we make the railroad or not.
