Well, I had a pretty neat idea. When someone tries to access something that they can't in a world guarded region e.g. Chest, furnace, ect... Instead of saying 'You don't have permission to use this container' Have it say 'Now is not the time to use this'
Just small things like this that give the server a more pokemony feel :D

Oak's/elm's/birch's/rowan's/juniper's (depending on what region your in) words echoed... There's a time and place for everything! But not now. :D! I doubt it's possible but if it works it would be pretty cool! :D

Its possible, you just have to change the text in the world guard config file or whoever ever it is :P

I'm afraid it's not that simple. I'd have to
1. Check that WorldGuard is open source
2. Find that line in the source code (assuming it only appears once)
3. Change that line without using ' or " or \ or who knows what else
4. Recompile the .jar file (something I've never done before since I'm not a coder)
5. Install it and pray.
