Title: Sign Shops

Hey, I was just wondering if the admins could do a weekly sweep of the chestshop places (example: cerulean department store) and destroy the ones that are out of stock, because honestly, it is getting a little out of control  :D

Its more of a problem... And they need regular checks for illegal shops too
