So guys. I was wondering if any of you have dream jobs or goals you would like to achieve in your life.
Heres mine:
Id like to have a career in Film, Animation and Editing, I already have family links so theres a high chance i can chase this dream. I also plan to start a youtube channel. One will simply be Minecraft and Gaming videos, another will be when im around 18 and will be focused on Film and Media Entertainment.
Share your dreams with us!

I'm not sure about the future of my youtube career when college starts because I'll have no time, even during Junior year. As a Freshmen I don't have as much work but its still hard to have two jobs at once, if you call doing homework and being a Student an occupation. I'm hoping to be a Gamer Designer, possibly a Graphic Art or Animation Artist.
-
Youtube is surprisingly easy to do in college, It just takes a little longer
-
I do animation too! and im 13
-
But Prestigious Colleges. Oh Noes. Or Junior Year with the SATs. I'm boned
-
Nope. Im doing GCSEs at the moment and i can find time for study and gaming, and learning programmes
-
Oh i forgot, Im currently learning to use, Motion, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Flash Pro and Photoshop :P
-
Learned most of Photoshop, I just need epic drawing skills :P
Flash is a pain to learn, still hard to remember all the codes such as All the Event Listeners, and Key words like Boolean shit.
Final Cut Pro, i quit using it, so I use Premiere Pro and After Effects :P
-
Ill check out Premier and After Effects.
Final Cut is brilliant for editing.
And flash i agree with, It will take me until im atleast 19 to master it
-
I may try and find a course to learn flash and other stuff :P
-
I'm hopefully going to become either a Games Developer, Graphic Design, Or Something in Film.

- The Unreal Kit (Made a few basic games
- RPG Maker (Have made some games on it)
Graphic Designer, I've been Digitally drawing for 6 years and can use these programs,
- Adobe Photoshop
- Paint Tool Sai
Something to do with film,
- 3Ds Max, I've made several 3D things inside this program
- Adobe Premiere
- Final Cut Pro
- Sony Vegas
- Adobe After effects
- Adobe Flash
I'm going to College next year, so I'll hopefully be able to catch my future pursuits.

Im in my junior year, and I have no idea what I want to do with my life. Im leaning towards being a Computer Software engineer or something else. Hadn't put a thought on it up until now.
-
Im in college and I really dont know what I am going to do. My current Major is Computer Engineering but I may switch it to an IT Major or go into business for myself and open a computer repair/trading/selling/buying/pawn shop idea possibly with my little brother. Also I would stay and help my dad with out Boat Repair/Uprade business
-
I'm a sophmore in Highschool right now and I don't now what I want to do. I'll probably end up doing something with Computer Science but I haven't narrowed down what I want to do yet. I don't want to be a programmer, that's for sure.
-
I like Animation work as well as coding games. I've been know to have a desire for pixel art. Most likely my apartment, or house I'll live in the for rest of my life will be really pixelated :P I'll design my own furniture. Who knows I might be an interior designer. I started to create games since I was in 5th grade with shitty programs. However I'm learning more and more, still a Freshmen at school and I have a lot of stuff for my college portfolio
-
Interior Designer isnt a bad suggestion.
Its quite a fun job according to my dad
-
I may become a software designer and learn JavaScript with Tn. That or become a writer. I love write, and it won't the first time I will be a published author if I get one in. ;D
-
Been there, done that, not gonna do it again mario
-
You've published too?
-
Iv'e always had things to do with computers, I love them, they're my passion.
I've always considered becoming a game designer and I plan to take a course on it next semester to see if it's me.
If that doesn't work out for me, I'd be happy with being a computer technician, I have vast knowledge with OS's and the inside parts of computer's.
In other words I'm getting a degree in computer science whenever I start in college and seeing how far that gets me.
-
Mhm, and a Newsday article
-
Rigby, Good luck with that, unlucky for me, Computer Science was offered up as a Year 10 course the year after i entered Year 10 FML, Basically i missed that opportunity.
Ive advanced in my descision. Im learning flash on the side. And im going to hopefully take a course in Lincoln University about Film/Editing.
And then ill talk to my family about reccomending me for a job as a freelance Editor. Also ill be doing Youtube, Wish me luck
-
I'm hoping to be an Astronomer or a Doctor.
-

I never took a computer science class, actually, I don't believe one EXISTS in my school. I've taught myself everything I know about computers.
-
I would try and teach myself Computer Science but i dont have time while learning flash.
I really need to get a better tablet. My Wacom Bamboo is shit
-
Thanks Ahmed, But i doubt ill get the hang of flash until about 3 years of constant training. and i havent even started yet
-
One does not simply teach themselves Computer Science. It's such a broad subject, it's impossible to know it all. That's like someone asking you what you're job is and you said "army". There are so many positions in the army, you can't just say that. Sorry for being anal about it, but it's such a broad topic I can't imagine someone just learning computer science as whole.
-
As I stated, I was looking Into a degree in computer science, and I said I've taught myself all that I currently know.
-
Can anyone here teach me how to use flash?
-
Go to granite cave and talk to the hiker
HMFlash!
-
Master dafuq you talking about?
-
lol u want to learn flash...................................... if u don't get it whatever
-
Oooooooh lol good one

Being an average straight A's 7th grader, my minds not made up at all, I'd love to become a videogame developer, but I've always wanted to become a veterinarian, and there's always the chance I begin to professionally play trumpet... too many choices
-
Cool. I used to dream of being a Vet but i dont think i could do it
-
Ikr? I'd hate to have to put down a family's beloved pet... :eyes:
-
I swear 85% of elementary/middle schoolers want to be vets...
-
I was the only person in my school who wanted to be a vet xD Its obviously a lot different in america
-
It's just that every little kid thinks,"Hey, I like animals, that means I'm gonna be a vet!" And no one ever becomes a vet.
-
Ikr? EVERYONE in my 4th grade class wanted to be a veterinarian, and now I'm like the only person IN MIDDLE SCHOOL who wants to be a vet
-

lol obviously, Because you need to go to medical school etc. Its too much hassle for somebody who doesnt really want to do it.
They usually change their mind once they become a teenager
-
Not me :D
-
Good luck with your high aspirations then xD
-
OH IMMA GO ALL DA WAY, ONE DAY IMMA BE A @#%$*^& VET
-
Cool beans
-
THATS MY LINE BITCH@!
-
You seen Hot Rod? If you havent. I will disown you
-
How long does it take to become a Veterinarian? It requires 4 years of college and an additional 4 years of veterinary medicine. Internship or residency credits are not required but are offered to achieve advanced qualification or specialty certification. The exception being that it was recently required that foreign graduates need additional veterinary medical residency credits. This is a debated subject.

Ouch, 8 years.
-
Eh... 8 years of suffering to have an awesome job? I'll take it :D
-
Not to mention you have to be good at it :P
-
That's why you go to school for 8 years, to be able to do it well.
-
Lol, i thonk 8 years would make anyone good, I already can do crap like calm animals and such
-
I just meant some people are gifted at it :P
-
You know I myself am not sure yet, I was thinking of something like anesthesiology but it might change.
-
You might want to look into a career in necromancy.
