Title: Unregioned House in Johto

Hello Admins,
I've found a house near NewBark not regioned, it was griefed at the beginning but I fixed most of the things

Also use log block to find the griefers

Not blaming anyone here. But its a little suspicious that someones in the house when you took the picture

If you fixed it, how are we supposed to know which blocks to check?

route27 and route28 were removed when i cleaned out a lot of our regions.yml because i believed the johto blanket covered all of it. I was wrong, and the routes are recovered, as well as logblock rollback'ed to fix all damage. (Much to the displeasure of all the griefers who kept developing after said grief)
