what is all this will i get my badges or will i have to re challenge all the gyms

Why does nobody read the server amnouncenents labeled READ THIS exept for me :/

1. Get bagde from bank chest
2. Give badge to online leader of that badge
3. Gym leader /givebadge name
4. Trade in all other badges
