Oddy found this. Im pretty sure we have told mrcastro not to change the outside of his house. Oddy is fixing it.
Should we give a punishment. I say yes.

I have definatley told him he couldnt do this, he specificaly asked me at one point if he could build up since there was no dig, and maybe im crazy but i thought "no, because that would be editing the exterior which you cant do" was clear.

I HATE it when people screw with the outside of their homes. It's a pet peeve of mine. He should be punished, especially if you told him not to.
