Title: Rules Book!

With 1.3's new books, I just thought of something: why don't we put the rules also into a book? At least copy and paste exists in chat now, so it would be a breeze to only make one and then use it's I'd using TMI to give to all the players! It could be a default spawning item for those who just joined with the right plugin.
