Title: Legit? Pokemon

Would you consider a pokemon obtained on a 100% clean pirated game (rom basically) on a DS to be legit? or fake?
I personally would treat it as legit because your technically not spawning or using a cheat to get the pokemon.

It'd be legit, as long as it was trained like it would be if it were on an actual game, as in no hacked stats , x999 rare candies, or anything like that.

Yea because with this method I can basically get hundreds if a single event pokemon and keep transferring them to my main game.
