Minecraft Won't Open

Whenever I double-click on the Minecraft icon for the launcher (1.6.4), it never opens.
Idk if something is wrong, but please tell me what to do ;-;

The server is still on 1.6.2.  Just downgrade your profile and it'll all be better.
