Prevent Admin Spoofs

Though this might be hard to do since we need to list all configured IPs. I found this plugin to further prevent hackers from going into the server. Recently there was a vulnerability into Session Stealing, I think this plugin can further protect the pokemon server from hackings

Most regular players would be able to tell anyways. Different admins have different ways of talking and anything different would arouse suspicion.
