Can't Connect

I cant get on the server, every time I try to join the pkm server it said connection refused:connect, and when i go onto minescroll and look at the player list is said To view a real-time playerlist, Minequery needs to be configured. Can someone help me please?

Or somethings is just wrong with the server.
